Patience

In the early days of Krynn, a Silvanesti outpost was built where the village of Patience once stood. When the outpost was ruined, some kender constructed a keep over the ruins and named it Patience. However during the War of the Lance, the kender were driven from their home by the Black Dragonarmy who claimed it as part of their conquest of Balifor. Following the war, the keep was claimed by goblins, bugbears, sligs, and gnolls, who used it as an outpost to watch over the Laughing Lands. The keep became a bastion for the servants of darkness who used it as a staging point for their raids into both Balifor and Goodlund.
