Barred Door

Situated close to the far western and eastern shores, these two ancient runes have been half-buried for centuries. Once located on islands separate from mainland Ansalon, these ancient portals were part of a network of Teleportation Circles spread across the continent (and possibly to other continent), but they have long since become inactive with nobody to maintain them, or to keep the ice for covering them. These ancient ruins could be uncovered and the circles rediscovered and activated once again, but this effort is useless if there are no other active circles to teleport to.
