Icewall
The towering Icewall Glacier extends over hundreds of miles, and rises 1000ft up, looming over the frozen plains below like an oppressive wall. Its upper ridge is often occluded by violent storms and strong winds which blow fragments of ice down onto the plains, making the upper surface entirely in hospitable to life of any kind. Even during the day temperatures can be below freezing on the top surface even during summer, the nights being bitterly cold and enough to kill the unprepared.
