Moon Steps

This mystical site is a celestial ladder, spiraling staircases translucent light that hang in the air and are visible only in the moonlight of Lunitari, leading far up into the sky. The Moon Steps are one of three celestial stairs found across Ansalon, each tied to a different god of magic and their moon.

It is believed that a person who ascends one of these ladders will find themselves in the home of the gods themselves, the Moon Steps leading to the halls of Lunitari. As the legends go, the worthy would be granted knowledge from the gods, whilst the unworthy would be forever cursed. Some versions of the legend suggests that each stair actually leads to Godshome, but the unworthy would find instead themselves in the Abyss.
