Safehold

Part cave complex and part treehouse, Safehold is a lightly fortified town that stands at a curve in the Lookit River. Most of the town is built in and around the trunk and canopy of a massive oak tree, and these are surrounded by multiple incomplete moats, fences and hedges.

The population of Safehold is roughly two hundred, most of whom do not leave and keep themselves somewhat isolated from the rest of Ergoth.
