City of Morning Dew

Situated in the north-eastern foothills is the City of Morning Dew, rocky shrubs to the south and stretches of swampland to the north. This is a fairly average small town by most accounts, with new structures built around the ruins of the former town that half-collapsed during the Cataclysm. The city gets it’s name because of the veil of dew that covers it almost every morning, it position on the far northern edge of the plains causing a meeting of the colder southern air and the warmer northern climate.

There are two major features that give the city a little notoriety around Ansalon, the first being a brewery that sits on the eastern edge, an is the source of the famed Morning Dew Mead. The second feature is a large grounded ship, it’s name long forgotten, sitting to the north of the city amidst the swamplands having been left there since the upheaval of the Cataclysm. Known locally merely as “The Sunken Ship”, it is used as a watering hole by some locals, mixing moonshine within the shelter of the ship’s hull.
