Alinosti

This small riverside town was once sleepy and quiet, it’s buildings an even mix of homes and guild-houses. As one of the harbours along the Thon-Thalas, it serves as a supply point for other local towns like Brattalnosti and Felinosti. When the forest came under attack at the start of the War of the Lance, Alinosti bore the brunt of the Dragonarmy’s initial assault, being reduced to rubble by the advancing red Dragonarmy. Those who were able to defend the area were forced to withdraw when word came that the forest was being evacuated, but before the Dragonarmy could advance further Lorac Caladon did the unthinkable and used the dragonorb. The Dragonarmy was forced to withdraw, leaving only ruins behind them.
