Tarithnesti

Founded by members of House Mystic, Tarithnesti started as a magnificent tower in which the Elves of Silvanesti could practice the art of spellcraft. After a little while the mages started to trade magical goods with the rest of the forest, and a small village and then a town gathered about the base of the tower. Having foreseen that something ill would befall the town, the head of the tower – a mage named Gyleanos Craftweaver – put a protective spell over Tarithnesti that put the inhabitants to sleep and set a dream-like reality on the town itself, resisting the effects of Lorac’s Nightmare. Within these streets and buildings the people continue to sleep, their semi-corporeal spirits living out their dreams in the real world, going through the motions of their normal lives completely unaware of strangers in their midst.
