Balif's Tear

Named for a great elven general and companion to Silvanos Goldeneye (despite a Kender leader eventually taking the name hoping to claim some portion of the name’s reputation) it is claimed that the general stood upon this ground to watch the Silvanesti fleet engage in battle in a forgotten war.
