Sol-Fallon

This hill was the site of the first meeting of the Sinthal-Elish, the elven ruling council, and was the very spot on which Silvanos Goldeneye was named as the first Speaker of the Stars following the founding of the realm of Silvanesti. As such it is considered a holy site, and revered by all elves.
