Dracos' Citadel
Draco's Citadel has been left relatively undisturbed for hundreds of years. The ruins of an ancient citadel lie amidst the peaks of the Vingaard Mountains. This was once the home of the infamous Galan Dracos. a wizard of high prominence during the Third Dragon War.
Dracos was a mutated human born into a tiny Istarian village and was destined to be nothing more than a farmhand, until the black-robed mage Sagathanus found and trained him. Under his tutelage, Dracos would rise to such power that during the Third Dragon War, he would take command of the entire forces of darkness and be a high champion of Takhisis. As a general of Takhisis, he would go on to capture, torture, and kill the mage Magius, and left him dead at Huma Dragonbane's feet.
Huma would later avenge his friend defeating Dracos in his own citadel in a battle that resulted in the citadel being completely destroyed and Dracos himself being first mutated beyond recognition and then ceasing to exist of his own volition.
Only the ruins of the citadel remain, most of the fortress and tower having been blown apart by a fierce magical explosion. All that remains is the ground floor. Even the lower floors have collapsed leaving nothing of worth exploring in the modern age.
