Elfrealms in Exile

Once, all of the southern lands were the territory of the Kagonesti and other sylvan tribes. Since the arrival of the Qualinesti and Silvanesti refugees however there has been a dramatic change. The Silvanesti have established a new settlement on the western shore of the Thon-Sorpon called Silvamori, and the Qualinesti have built their settlement on the opposite eastern shore and called it Qualimori, the two factions keeping apart whilst spreading into the plains and wildlands. The coastlines have become tamed by activity, the formerly untouched regions slowly being altered forever.

The region around the new Elfrealms is usually quite cool with a comfortable climate at most times of the year, though nights can be bitterly cold during the winter months. Fog routinely rolls over the mountains, shrouding all of the valleys and lowlands at the feet of the mountains.
