Krynn's Vanguard fought valiantly against the Alliance forces on The Great Bridge of Port O'Call but ultimately failed to capture or eliminate Judith. The rest of the Alliance soldiers were rounded up and taken as prisoners of war. They may or may not be conscripted into the Imperial Army, depending on if the army needs more manpower on the front lines. Either way, they will be supporting the war effort in one way or another.
Unfortunately, Krynn's Vanguard lost one of their own, Pryderion. Pryderion was a half-elf from Silvanesti who was sent to live with his human mother from the age of four. He fought as a Knight of Solamnia, specifically a Knight of the Crown. His war experience included skirmishes with the Red Dragon Army as their campaign in Solamnia expanded and he was stationed at Maelgoth where most of the refugees from Vogler were after the climatic battle in and around Kalaman took place. Having a grudge against the gods for leaving the world, Pryderion found a new faith in The Church of Seiros after hearing that the Goddess had not abandoned them after The Cataclysm, becoming a Knight of Seiros. Shortly after, Pryderion was gifted with the Mark of Flames. He used this power well, but unfortunately during the fight against Judith, he fell against Judith's ability to inflict damage on those who deal impactful blows against her.
Saddened by the loss, Krynn's Vanguard carried on deeper into the territory the Empire was reclaiming. Their next major target would be Qualinost, but they had more territory to reclaim in Abanasinia first.
